Delivery and Returns


How does delivery work?

There are a few options here. You can either:

- Collect in person
- Have your items posted to you using a signed for delivery service (not available for fragile items)
- Have your items couriered to you.

All options are available on the website at check out, so just choose what works for you!


How much does delivery cost?

Small Package ~ £12.00
Large Package  ~ £30.00

Royal Mail:
1st Class ~ Small Package ~ £6.50
Not Exceeding 2kg (45cm x 35cm x 16cm)

1st Class ~ Large Package ~ £15.00 (max length 1.5m)
From (61cm x 46cm x 46cm) to max 1.2m and from 2kgs - 30kgs 

Please note that some furniture and other large items will have to be arranged separately due to their size and shape. Some items we sell are extremely fragile and may not be suitable to send. We will deal with this on a case-by-case basis.


Do you deliver Internationally?

We deliver mainly within the UK, but yes, we are very happy to send our items abroad. This is easier when arranged on an individual basis, so please get in touch

 Please note that country specific custom charges and/or taxes may apply to items shipped outside the UK;  you will need to pay these directly in the receiving country.



The majority of our treasures have been pre-loved, therefore most antiques and vintage items will have expected wear and tear. Any major imperfections will be stated in the listing.
We are confident that you are going to be happy with your purchase, but if you feel your item has been too 'loved' or you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, please feel free to contact us within 14 days of purchase so that we can resolve the issue. We want all of our customers to be happy with our service so will do everything we can to make this happen!
Please be aware that if you do request a refund, your purchase must be in the same condition as it arrived, and in its original packaging.  Postage must be paid for by the customer as we do not have a free returns service.

All of our items should arrive beautifully wrapped, but sometimes things go wrong on the journey. On the occasion that something arrives broken, please get in touch and we will resolve it. 

We kindly ask that glassware and crockery is inspected within 24 hours of delivery so that we can deal with any breakages quickly and painlessly.
