Where can I see Rock the Heirloom's treasures and antique pieces?
Most of our items can be found in the shop on our website. We update our Instagram feed as regularly as we can, so this is where you will see all the latest discoveries, perhaps before they have even hit the online shop!
We would also LOVE to see you in our showroom.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes! We have a beautiful showroom that you can visit by appointment. We are often out and about and need notice of when you would like to come. We will do everything we can to be as flexible as possible – the 9am-5pm days don’t really exist for us, so don’t be shy with your requests! Get in touch to arrange a visit!
How do I shop with Rock the Heirloom?
There are so many ways you can shop with us!
You can shop from the website, or purchase through Instagram or Facebook. Or, why not pay the showroom a visit, where you can browse to your heart's content – you may even get a coffee (if you’re lucky!). If none of these options work for you and you know what you want, a plain old email will also work. Just send us a message and we will be so happy to work with you. Our much-loved sourcing service is something many of our customers use.
How do I pay for my items?
Purchases made through the website are plain and simple. You will be guided by the website at checkout. Our website has a few payment options, including Amex, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
If you have any problems, please do get in touch and we can take payment another way. Visitors to the showroom can also pay on site.
How does delivery work?
There are a few options here. You can either:
- Collect in person
- Have your items posted to you using a signed for delivery service (not available for fragile items)
- Have your items couriered to you
All options are available on the website at check out, so just choose what works for you!
How much does delivery cost?
Small Package ~ £12.00
Large Package ~ £30.00
1st Class ~ Small Package ~ £6.50
1st Class ~ Large Package ~ £15.00
Please note that some furniture and other large items will have to be arranged separately due to their size and shape. Some items we sell are extremely fragile and may not be suitable to send. We will deal with this on a case-by-case basis.
Do you deliver Internationally?
We deliver mainly within the UK, but yes, we are very happy to send our items abroad. This is easier when arranged on an individual basis, so please get in touch.
Please note that country specific custom charges and/or taxes may apply to items shipped outside the UK; you will need to pay these directly in the receiving country.
What is your Returns Policy?
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, please read our Delivery and Returns section, and feel free to contact us at any time.
How do I source items through Rock the Heirloom?
We have a great sourcing service! Please drop us a message to let us know what you are looking for and we will do our absolute best to help you. Help us stay on track by providing as much detail as you can about the item, or by showing us images of the kind of item you are looking for!
Is there a minimum spend on the sourcing service?
We are happy to try and find your special piece, no matter how big or small. Please do get in touch if you have any queries and we’ll be very happy to talk it through.
What happens if I use the sourcing service and you don't find my item?
We will be so sad if we can't find your dream piece but will be working with you so will keep you up to date at all times. Additionally, if you manage to find the item before we do, just drop us a line.
