A design-led location that reflects your style

We hear you. You’ve had your fill of beige boardrooms and soulless shoot locations. You’re after a space that sparks ideas – that looks like it belongs in a magazine but feels like a creative cocoon.

Enter The Pimlico Project.

A colour-soaked sanctuary in the heart of London, curated with vintage gems from Rock the Heirloom and brought vividly to life in collaboration with Edward Bulmer Natural Paint and That Rebel House. Think rich, layered textures, bold palettes and styling that sings. It’s not just a location – it’s a love letter to sustainable design.

As featured in Homes & Antiques as a “masterclass in joyful colour drenching”, this is a home where everything has a story – and where your story fits right in.

Walk through the door, and something shifts. The colour, the vibe, the soul. Suddenly, your brand shoot feels iconic. Your event feels elevated. Your away day? Actually fun.

The Pimlico Project x Edward Bulmer Natural Paint

The Pimlico Project isn’t just easy on the eyes – it’s a love letter to sustainable design.

This bold townhouse has been transformed using a bespoke palette of Edward Bulmer’s all-natural hues. Crafted in collaboration with their expert colour consultants, the space moves in perfect tonal harmony, proof that “eco” and “elevated” are no longer mutually exclusive.

Made from breathable, plant-based ingredients, Edward Bulmer paints deliver on both aesthetics and ethics – with over 100 glorious shades that are as kind to the planet as they are to your walls.

In fact, every element of the space has been consciously curated with layer upon layer of vintage charm. Amy at Rock the Heirloom sourced all the antiques (of course!). Sarah Davenport's artisan homewares emporium That Rebel House provided artisan textiles – from statement lampshades and rugs to a stunning hand-embroidered suzani – for the perfect rebellious flair.

The result? A riot of colour, character and craftsmanship – a true masterclass in joyful, sustainable style.

"The Pimlico Project has brought vibrant colour into my life in a big way!
It has been the most epic sustainable transformation and we are so proud of it!"
